About Us

We are a British specialist bakery dedicated to creating delicious American-style baked goods, such as muffins, brownies, flapjacks and loaf cakes. We produce a variety of free-from goods suitable to most diets, including, those avoiding gluten/wheat, egg, lactose and soon sugar. Often free-from foods are associated with lack of taste and a cardboard-like texture, our aim was to dispel these misconceptions and promote the idea that just because a product is free-from, one should not have to compromise with their enjoyment of it...they are treats after-all, what’s the point if they don’t taste great. We have been baking our regular American-style muffins in London since 1998 and began by distributing them locally. By 2004 we saw a gap in the market for egg- free and gluten-free baked goods that had the great taste and texture of our regular muffins. Since then we have grown as a company distributing to big chains such as WAITROSE, SAINSBURYS, OCADO, CO OP, ASDA and more. As well as expanding physically by moving to a bigger factory, we have also expanded our range of products to include a greater variety of sizes and flavours. Despite our growth we have always kept our goals and passion for creating the best tasting products and we pride ourselves on the quality of ingredients we use.
